MERRY CHRISTMAS!
2020 has been a year full of uncertainty, from the safety of loved ones in mind, to the survival of many businesses, with the music industry being one of the hardest hit. Most people have felt a certain amount of anxiety for the future.
With the initial announcement of the lock down back in March as a consequence of Covid-19, it appeared that we were in for a bumpy year here at Fibonacci Guitars. But we just kept doing what we do, and surprisingly, it has turned out to be an incredibly busy year for us. It would appear that since most people are likely to be staying at home, they are treating themselves to a new guitar. This trend has been experienced by many other MI brands too, with Fender announcing that 2020 has been their biggest selling year in its history.
And the general consensus seems to be that once the vaccines have achieved widespread distribution, and people have gained some confidence in their personal safety, the music industry, along with many other industries, will return with interest. All that pent-up energy will need to be released at some point in the future.
LOOKING TO THE NEW YEAR!
So, looking forward to a new year again, gives us a moment to reflect on the one we are saying goodbye to. 2020 has been an incredibly tough year for many people, so we would like to take this opportunity to give you our heartfelt thoughts and condolences to all the people who have lost a loved one.
Fibonacci Guitars would not be here if it wasn’t for the great team who make it what it is today, and to all of our customers who have decided to invest in one of our guitars. We would therefore like to say a BIG thank you to you, for your continued support during very difficult times.
